Joshua has 20 years of corporate finance experience, advising and assisting on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and general corporate and strategic advice across a myriad of industries and geographies. Joshua sits on a number of advisory boards and is a non-executive director of several private companies and offers strategic advice for growth companies.
Prior to joining Monash Private Capital in 2012, Joshua spent nearly nine years with Investec Bank (Australia) Limited in the investment Banking team and established Investec’s Private Client Corporate Advisory business in Sydney which focused on relationships with private and mid-market clients. During his time with Investec, Joshua was seconded to London and Johannesburg.
Joshua started his investment banking career with Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance team and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
